Be Ready When Your Season Changes

There is a lesson in every season if you pay close enough attention

Lately, I’ve been in a season of starting over — rebuilding my career, my direction, and my sense of self. It’s both humbling and healing. There are days I feel excited about the path I’m creating, and others where I quietly grieve the life I used to have — the income, the stability, the sense of being “someone.”

But this time has been teaching me presence. I’m learning to release shame around who I am naturally and to find peace in what feels good and true to me, even when it doesn’t look like “success” from the outside.

Waiting seasons have a way of strengthening our hearts if we let them.

When you tend to your mind and body during the in-between, you prepare yourself to receive the blessings of your next chapter with gratitude and groundedness. Gratitude keeps your heart open. Fortitude keeps it steady.

Where in your life are you being invited to wait with faith instead of fear?

“Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.” — James 1:4

If this resonated with you, take a deep breath and thank God for where you are. You’re being refined, not forgotten.
